Senior Project Architect - Denver

Powers Brown Architecture is looking to add an experienced Senior Project Architect to its Denver office.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the project team to produce schedule implementation, conduct design reviews, update drawings, coordinate drawings and specifications, perform value engineering, assess constructability feasibility, review shop drawings, respond to Requests for Information (RFIs), and create Architectural Supplemental Instructions (ASIs), Proposal Requests (PRs), and Change Orders.
• Research building materials, systems, codes, and regulations.
• Ensure timely and within-budget delivery of all project phases to meet client goals.
• Develop details consistent with the design direction to support project quality.
• Document client communications as needed.

The ideal candidate will have:

• 10-15 years of experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in architecture (or equivalent).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.
