Project Manager(Technical Focus)

We seek a full-time Project Manager(Technical Focus) with a minimum 8 years of post-graduate, professional experience, with at least 3 years in a project management role. Applicants should possess exceptional design talent and demonstrated technical experience, be composed and professionally rigorous, and thrive in a collaborative environment.

The successful candidate will:

• Have at least a bachelor’s degree in architecture (master’s preferred).
• Work closely with the principal and senior staff on all project phases, from schematic design through construction administration.
• Proven execution of construction administration including review of shop drawings and submittals.
• Possess excellent organizational, writing, and verbal communications skills.
• Be a strong team player who is genuinely able to work collaboratively.
• Have well-developed strategic and critical thinking abilities.
• Engage in design studies, digital modeling, product, and material research.
• Have a firm grasp of industry standards, zoning and building codes and their impact on architectural designs.
• Be able to manage schedules and coordination of clients, contractors, expeditors, consultants, city agencies and vendors.
• Coordinate in-depth with engineering and specialty consultants to integrate their work.
• Produce and supervise work on construction documents, including details and material specifications.
• Posses a high level of proficiency in construction detailing and coordination.
• Be proficient in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, Rhino, and Enscape.
• Have completed a high end residential project, including overseeing shop drawing review and coordination.
