Experienced Project Architect

Position Overview

We’re seeking an experienced Project Architect to join our Oxford studio. This is a senior role for a technically adept, design-minded professional who can lead projects from concept through construction while mentoring a growing team.

• Manage multiple projects through all design and construction phases
• Lead coordination between consultants, clients, and contractors
• Oversee and mentor design staff in Revit production, drawing standards, construction documents and detailing
• Conduct site observation and maintain quality control
• Contribute to studio culture and design dialogue

• Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch)
• Minimum 10 years of experience with proven project management ability
• Strong design sensibility and technical skill
• Proficiency in Revit, Sketch Up, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Licensure preferred (or NCARB reciprocal eligibility)
• Commitment to in-person collaboration in Oxford
