This is a remote position open to applicants authorized to work for any employer within the United States.

• Develop and maintain tools, workflows, and guidelines supporting the full design and media lifecycle for internal teams and external vendors.
• Establish and evolve standards and best practices that improve efficiency, reduce friction, and ensure consistent delivery across portfolios.
• Create and manage a centralized repository for documentation, templates, and operational resources.
• Partner cross functionally to design, align, and improve workflows across design, content, media, technology, and vendor teams.
• Identify operational risks and inefficiencies, drive systematic improvements, support onboarding, and champion scalable design operations practices.

• 5+ years of experience in product development, design operations, project or program management, or operational roles supporting creative or cross functional teams.
• Strong cross functional influence skills, with the ability to align diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Proven pattern recognition skills to identify operational risks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Advanced proficiency with Jira, Smartsheet, and Lucidchart to support scalable workflows and documentation.
• Familiarity with creative or design environments;
  Adobe Creative Suite knowledge is a plus but not required.

The pay range for this position is between $55,000 - $83,000 annually. However, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location. An annual bonus plan may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical and/or other benefits, depending on the position offered.
