Rosalia Sanni Design is an award-winning landscape design studio based in Greenwich, CT, working on high-end residential projects throughout Fairfield County, CT and Westchester County, NY.
We are seeking a mid- to senior-level Landscape Architect / Designer with 5+ years of experience to join our studio in a full-time, in-person role.
Position OverviewThis position serves as a designer and primary point of contact for high-end residential commissions. The role includes guiding projects from site analysis and concept design through permitting, construction documentation, and construction administration.
The position requires the ability to work independently to manage day-to-day project responsibilities, while collaborating closely with the Principal and other members of the RSD team, and coordinating with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors.
Qualifications- Licensed Landscape Architect preferred
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience, with a focus on high-end residential work
- Strong design sensibility paired with technical confidence, including knowledge of construction detailing and horticultural principles
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office; working knowledge of Photoshop and Sketch Up
- Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
- Full-time, in-person role based in Greenwich, CT, with select flexibility for remote work as approved
