Overview- Maintain Signature Health
CARE’s websites and visual design needs, producing high-quality web, digital, and print collateral across facilities, ancillary programs, and corporate initiatives. - Responsible for day‑to‑day website updates, visual consistency, SEO fundamentals, and web traffic monitoring using Google Analytics (GA4).
- Maintain and update facility, corporate, and ancillary websites.
- Work within established Webflow CMS structures and templates.
- Publish approved content updates
- Ensure pages display correctly across devices.
- Monitor site health and flag issues related to performance or structure.
- Design and build web pages in Webflow using established templates and components.
- Apply brand standards, layout, typography, and visual hierarchy directly within Webflow.
- Monitor website traffic and engagement using Google Analytics (GA4).
- Track high-level metrics
- Identify noticeable trends, spikes, or drops in traffic.
- Help maintain basic reporting dashboards.
- Share insights and flag issues or opportunities with leadership or marketing partners.
- Maintain SEO fundamentals
- Monitor Google Search Console for indexing or crawl issues.
- Perform basic accessibility checks and flag ADA‑related issues.
- Escalate complex SEO or accessibility concerns as needed.
- Design print and digital collateral
- Prepare print‑ready files with correct bleeds, trims, resolution, and color profiles.
- Follow brand standards and approved templates.
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors.
- Maintain organized source files and assets.
- Support and execute visual design for websites, landing pages, and campaigns, including page design and layout within Webflow.
- Apply strong typography, layout, and hierarchy principles.
- Ensure consistent branding across digital and print materials.
- Design within healthcare branding and compliance guidelines.
- Assist with light video editing or formatting
- Repurpose existing video content into shorter clips
- Collaborate with vendors or internal teams on larger video projects
- Work closely with Creative Services, Marketing, Recruiting, and Operations.
- Support campaigns, new initiatives, and facility requests.
- Manage assigned projects and timelines.
- Follow documented web, design, and reporting standards.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
- Working knowledge of print production and prepress standards.
- Solid design fundamentals (layout, typography, branding).
- Experience working in Webflow, including page layout, visual design, CMS updates, and publishing.
- Working knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4) for traffic monitoring.
- Familiarity with Google Search Console.
- Understanding of SEO and accessibility best practices.
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus.
- Video creation experience is a plus but not required.
