Design Associate

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Design Associate, based in the Greater St. Louis area, with some opportunities to work from home. The Design Associate will be responsible for assisting with flooring projects, providing expert guidance on flooring materials and aesthetics, managing client projects, and ensuring an excellent customer experience.

• Strong Communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
• Project Management experience to oversee timelines, budgets
• Knowledge of Interior Design and an eye for aesthetics to recommend suitable flooring options
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and customer service skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to a hybrid work environment
• Prior experience in the home improvement or interior design industry is a plus
