Project Architect

This is a full-time role for a Project Architect. Primary location is Houston, TX, but will consider remote work, from anywhere in the US, for qualified individuals. The Project Architect will be responsible for managing architectural projects from conception to completion, coordinating submittals, implementing Building Information Modeling (BIM), and ensuring compliance with design and applicable building codes. The position involves close collaboration with clients, consultants, and construction teams to deliver well-coordinated and efficient architectural designs.

• Strong expertise in Architecture, including design, planning, and technical drawing skills
• Proven experience with Project Management and the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams
• Familiarity with Building Information Modeling (BIM)
• Experience with construction administration, RFI's, submittals, pay apps and contracts
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
• Professional degree in Architecture;
  Architectural Licensure is a plus
• Familiarity with regulatory codes, standards, and permitting processes is an advantage
