This is a part-time Designer role based in Lake Forest, IL with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing for a mix of on-site and remote work. The Designer will be responsible for creating engaging and innovative landscape designs, collaborating with clients to understand their needs, and working closely with project teams to ensure successful implementation. Additional responsibilities include conceptual planning, preparing design presentations, and providing creative input on landscaping projects.

• Experience with landscape design, including expertise in creativity and aesthetics
• Ability to conceptualize and implement design ideas to meet client needs
• Proficiency in tools such as AutoCAD, Sketch Up, or relevant design software
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with team members and clients
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Familiarity with plant materials, hardscape design, and sustainable landscaping practices
• At least 2 years of relevant design experience preferred
• A degree in Landscape Architecture, Design, or a related field is a plus
