The Studio Project Coordinator is a full-time, on-site position located in Wellington, FL. The Coordinator will work closely with and support the Designers out of the Wellington office. be responsible for managing project schedules, liaising with clients and vendors, overseeing material and furniture selection processes, and ensuring projects are completed efficiently. Daily responsibilities include organizing project documentation, coordinating team efforts, maintaining timelines, and assisting with various project tasks as needed.
Key Responsibilities andQualifications:
- Project management and organizational skills to effectively oversee timelines, schedules, budgets, and project tasks
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with clients, vendors, and internal teams
- Knowledge of basic interior design principles, materials, and furniture sourcing
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and problem solve, as needed.
- Proficiency in design software (Design Manager a plus, but not required) and project management tools, as well as familiarity with computer software and programs like Microsoft Office Suite
- Problem‑solving skills, adaptability, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced and deadline‑driven environment
- Experience in interior design, architecture, or a related field is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Project Management, or a related field is preferred, but not required
- This position requires on site attendance at local and out‑of‑state installs
