This is a full‑time hybrid role for an Architect and Architectural Designer based in New York, NY, with opportunities for some remote work. Responsibilities include developing architectural and design concepts, creating detailed project drawings, ensuring coordination and integration of various design elements, and overseeing project management tasks. The candidate will work closely with clients, consultants, and internal team members to deliver high‑quality, mission‑driven architectural solutions that align with ESKW/A's commitment to social impact and innovation.
Qualifications- Proficiency in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to produce detailed construction documents and creative design solutions
- Experience with Software Development and Integration, using architectural software tools effectively in design processes
- Strong Project Management skills, including coordinating multidisciplinary teams, managing timelines, and ensuring project deliverables meet client expectations
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational abilities
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or related field; architecture licensure is a plus
- Familiarity with the specific challenges and opportunities in designing for the not‑for‑profit and public sectors is preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with clients, consultants, and team members
