Brew Crew Opportunity

Our CBTL Americas Brew Crew is seeking a Temporary Café Design Coordinator to support thedesign of new and existing Cafe's across the Americas.

This role will assist in developingstore layouts, producing technical drawings, and preparing presentation materials that bring the brand to life in physical environments. The ideal candidate has strong design sensibility, experience in retail or F&Bspaces, and proficiency in design software and drafting tools.

The ideal candidate for this role has store design experience and would be excited at the chance tohelp take a project from a blank canvas to a completed cafe. Our brand isgorgeous and steeped in heritage, are you ready to help bring our café designto life in a fresh and contemporary way?

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

* Support the design development process from concept through construction documentation for new store openings and renovations.

* Prepare floor plans, elevations, sections, materialboards, and 3D visualizations that align with global brand design standards.

* Assist in adapting global design guidelines to fit North American market requirements, codes, and regulations.

* Coordinate with Real Estate, Construction, Operation steams, and external architects to ensure designs are operationally efficient and feasible for execution.

* Contribute to the preparation of design presentations for internal reviews and executive approval.

* Maintain organized project documentation, includingdrawings, specifications, and design updates.

* Participate in material research, trend scouting, and competitive benchmarking to inform design recommendations.

* Support on-site visits and field coordination duringstore buildouts as needed.

Your Ingredients

* Preferred 1-5 years of experience in architectural orinterior design, preferably in retail, food and beverage, or lifestyleenvironments.

* Proficient in AutoCAD, Sketch Up, Adobe Creative Suite,and rendering tools such as Enscape or V-Ray;
Revit experience is a plus.

* Strong understanding of space planning, materialapplication, and basic construction detailing.

* Excellent visual communication skills and attention todetail.

* Ability to manage multiple design tasks and deadlines simultaneously in a fast-paced setting.

* Familiarity with U.S. design codes, ADA requirements,and retail construction processes.

* Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture,Environmental Design, or a related field preferred.

Thisis a remote position but candidate must be based in the Los Angeles area. Minimaltravel may be required for visiting café locations (centralized to CA) withsome out of state travel possible.
