• Lead design efforts for large-scale healthcare projects, including new inpatient tower construction and infrastructure upgrades.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, specifications, and construction administration.
• Coordinate with teams, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Maintain quality control and assurance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee seismic retrofitting and renovation efforts while maintaining active hospital operations.

• 10+ years of experience preferred, with a minimum of 5+ years focused on inpatient healthcare.
• Seattle industry experience required.
• Licensed architect with strong technical expertise.
• Proficient in Revit, Rhino + Grasshopper, and Adobe Suite.
• In-depth knowledge of building codes, specifications, and construction administration.

• LEED GA certification required within 6 months if not already held.
• Must obtain one additional certification within a year, such as LEED AP, WELL AP, or Passive House.
• Experience with complex medical facilities is advantageous.

This position follows a hybrid schedule, requiring in-office presence on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday, with remote work available on Wednesday and Friday. Flexibility is important as offsite meetings may occasionally affect the weekly routine. This is a Permanent position based out of Seattle, WA.

The pay range for this position is $110000.00 - $150000.00/yr.
