Senior Product Designer; Remote from Switzerland

In this role, you will lead the end-to-end product design process for a cutting‑edge CMS platform, shaping both the long‑term vision and immediate design solutions. You will collaborate closely with product, engineering, and creative teams to define problem statements, conduct user research, and translate insights into intuitive, production‑ready interfaces. Your work will influence the functional and visual direction of the platform, champion design excellence, and leverage AI tools to accelerate prototyping and research.

• Lead the full product design lifecycle, from discovery and wire framing to high‑fidelity UI design and production delivery.
• Partner with Product and Engineering teams to define user problems, research solutions, and align on design priorities.
• Make key decisions in shaping both the functional and visual aspects of the platform.
• Advocate for design excellence through reviews with leadership and cross‑functional teams.
• Utilize AI and generative tools to streamline research, ideation, and rapid prototyping.
• Mentor and collaborate with other designers, sharing knowledge and fostering best practices.

• 5+ years of experience designing B2B SaaS products in high‑growth startup environments.
• Expertise across the full design stack, including UI, UX, prototyping, and user research.
• Proven ability to work autonomously, take accountability for complex projects, and ship fast iterations.
• High proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools; understanding of front‑end implementation is a plus.
• Familiarity with Headless CMS, API‑led products, or AI‑driven features is highly desirable.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem‑solving skills.
