We are seeking a Senior Visual Designer, Brand & Marketing to innovate and deliver delightful visual design solutions that empower small businesses and self‑employed people globally. The successful candidate will develop marketing experiences, leveraging AI and conversational UI tools, to educate and guide our customers towards making informed product choices. This remote position is ideal for a passionate, team‑oriented, and creative individual dedicated to crafting elegant, user‑centric designs.

• Design impactful, purpose‑driven layouts for guiding small business owners.
• Utilize data and customer insights to create designs that enhance customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with team members across various functions to achieve business goals.
• Engage in customer research and apply findings to design strategies.
• Manage multiple projects, prioritizing tasks and communicating effectively.

• Experience with Figma and design component libraries.
• Proficient understanding of marketing design strategies.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.

• Experience in marketing‑related design, with a focus on web, email, and in‑product marketing funnels.
• This role calls for a designer with a mix of creativity, technical proficiency, and a track record of designing with customer data and insights at the forefront.
