Remote - Healthcare Project Architect

Overview

NMR is seeking a highly creative and motivated architect who is passionate about architecture, has strong communication skills, and enjoys working with a team. As a member of our healthcare team, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide variety of local and regional projects and help our clients in their mission to provide care and support to our local communities.

POSITION LOCATION: Remote

Candidate must be based in California, Northern California preferred, to support site visits, client coordination and regulatory processes.

• Education:
  
  Architectural Degree from an accredited university (B. Arch or M. Arch)
• Architectural license is required, licensure in California is preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience, including small- and large-scale projects.
• Minimum of 5 years recent experience with OSHPD/HCAI.
• Strong Revit and AutoCAD skills.
• Familiarity with Building codes and standard.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and effectively with clients and team members.
• Demonstrated ability to oversee and be responsible for project delivery.

• Design and manage Healthcare projects of varying size.
• Coordinate design and production of all phases of design, bidding, and construction observation.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, governing authorities, stakeholders and other team members.

The Salary Range for this position is $100,000-$150,000
.

The salary range listed aligns to the geography of the office for which this position is posted. Actual compensation will be based upon work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
