In this role, you will play a crucial part in creating impactful learning materials tailored for sales teams, managers, and senior leaders across the globe. Your work will empower these groups with essential knowledge and skills, fostering growth and enhancing performance.
Collaborating closely with Learning Experience Designers and project teams, you will define learning objectives and timelines to deliver engaging, high-quality content. This position offers a unique opportunity to significantly contribute to the success of the sales organization through innovative learning solutions.
- Partner with Learning Experience Designer(s) and project teams to update existing content & courses or build new learning materials.
- Develop content for asynchronous learning (eLearning, job aids, videos, etc.).
- Create materials for in-person or virtual events (decks, handouts, etc.).
- Review materials with peers & project team members and incorporate feedback.
- Manage asset production to ensure timely delivery of tasks.
- 4 years’ experience synthesizing content into performance support materials (knowledge articles, job aids, etc.).
- 4 years’ experience developing assets for live, in-person or virtual learning.
- 4 years’ experience creating e-learning assets using Articulate Rise and Storyline.
- Portfolio or work samples demonstrating recent relevant work.
