With over 40 years of industry experience, the company specializes in designing and implementing tailored storage solutions for a variety of spaces, including closets, mudrooms, Home Offices, trailers, and kitchen islands. From custom closet systems to unique features like hanging rods, lights, mirrors, and more, we focus on creating personalized designs to meet the unique needs of our clients.

This is a full-time hybrid role as an Interior Designer based in Waldorf, MD, with flexibility for remote work. As an Interior Designer, you will collaborate with clients to design custom storage and organizational solutions, lead space planning initiatives, and create construction drawings. Additional responsibilities include managing project timelines and ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality, functional, and aesthetically pleasing designs.

This position is 100% Commission Based, so your paycheck matches your effort

• Proficiency in Space Planning and Interior Design with a strong creative vision
• Experience with Architecture and the ability to interpret and modify layouts
• Knowledge of Construction Drawings and technical design processes
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with clients, contractors, and suppliers
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Sketch Up, Cabinet Vision or similar
• Prior experience in the home or commercial organization industry is a plus
• Must have Reliable Transportation for "In-Home Consultations
• Provide own laptop for the 3D rendering program.
