Technical Project Coordinator| Commercial & Retail Interior Design and Architecture | Fort Worth, TX

Working Style: Hybrid (1-2 days working from home after onboarding)

We’re seeking a technically focused, detail-driven Interior Designer, Architectural Designer, or Project Coordinator to support the design team and dive into the details.

In this role, the Technical Project Coordinator provides technical and design assistance to project teams throughout all phases of projects. This role focuses on developing accurate drawings, supporting design intent, and ensuring coordination, quality, and efficiency across project deliverables.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the development of architectural drawings using AutoCAD, including plans, elevations, sections, and details
  • Create and update Sketch Up models for design studies, site adaptations, and internal presentations
  • Develop schematic layouts and design studies under the direction of lead designers
  • Support the preparation of design documents in compliance with our standards
  • Review drawings for accuracy, consistency, and constructability
  • Maintain organized project files and documentation
  • Support deadlines and production schedules across multiple projects
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in architecture, Architectural Technology, or a related field
  • 3+ years of architectural production experience in commercial or retail projects
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD (required)
  • Proficient in Sketch Up for 3D modeling and design support (required)
  • Strong understanding of construction documents and commercial drawing standards
  • Working knowledge of building codes, zoning, and accessibility requirements
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a project team
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
