Remote Senior Product Design Lead

Accountabilities

• Lead design for key products across core offerings - insurance, safety, repairs, and beyond.
• Ship 0-1 features that modernize car care for everyday drivers.
• Partner with research, product, and data teams to identify opportunities and turn insights into design.
• Create elegant, frictionless experiences that drive engagement and retention.
• Build and evolve the design system to ensure consistency and visual excellence.
• Apply AI thoughtfully to enhance the user experience.
• Raise the bar for UX and visual design in clarity and craft.

Requirements

• A portfolio demonstrating exceptional visual design and UX in shipped consumer products.
• 12+ years of product design experience across mobile and web.
• Proven ability to manage projects end-to-end from research to launch.
• Experience in building and evolving design systems with engineering.
• Comfort in fast-paced environments and shipping quality work quickly.
• Excellent communication skills to align cross-functional teams.
• Bonus: experience in marketplaces, fintech, mobility, or insurance.
