• Shadow Design & Research Product and Engineering teams throughout the product design and development process
• Create user flows and sketch wireframes to translate concepts into interactive designs using tools like Figma and Adobe XD
• Identify opportunities to enhance customer experience through user feedback and design iterations
• Analyze and synthesize user research findings to produce strategic deliverables such as personas and usability reports
• Advocate for user‑centered design principles and contribute to the evolution of product design practices

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree at an accredited university
• Major in HCI, Marketing, UI/UX, Computer Science, or a related field
• Prior exposure to best practices through hackathons, design challenges, university projects, or previous internships
• Available full‑time for an 8‑10 week internship starting in early June 2025
• Strong interest in technology and product design

• Previous experience in a design‑related internship or project
• Familiarity with user research methodologies and tools
• Participation in design competitions or community engagement in technology fields
• Experience with coding or front‑end development
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
