Job DescriptionAn Instructional Designer designs and develops learning materials and programs, creating content that aligns with organizational goals and enhances employee skills.
Qualifications- Expertise in e-learning tools
- Knowledge of adult learning theories and methodologies
- Strong visual design and content development skills
- Analytical skills to assess training effectiveness
The contract will run until 12/31/2026 with any extension being based upon performance and business unit needs as that time comes.
Compensation$33-$37/hr W2
This is the targeted compensation range for this role per year. Please note that this range is provided as a guideline and the final offer will be based on several factors, including but not limited to skillset and competencies, level of experience, education, certifications, and location.
