Architect - Healthcare projects

Location: New York, NY
Salary: $70,000 to $95,000 per year

Job Description:

Our client is an architecture firm based in New York City, known for delivering impactful and community-centered design. They are seeking an Architect/Designer to join their education and healthcare studio, with a focus on full-phase projects across inpatient, ambulatory, and academic medical facilities throughout the NYC metro area.

The ideal candidate will be involved from concept through construction and will contribute to a collaborative team working on meaningful healthcare environments.

The requirements of the role are:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare architecture.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare codes (Article 28, IBC, ANSI, FGI).
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, Rhino, and Enscape.
• Familiarity with NYC zoning, code compliance, and construction detailing.
• Licensure preferred.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
