The Opportunity
The Senior Product Designer will play a key role in shaping the future of MNTN’s user interface. You’ll be a leader and collaborator, working with cross-functional teams to identify user needs and translate them into beautiful, user-centric designs.
Responsibilities
-Partner with product managers and engineers to bring product visions to life
-Conduct user research to understand customer needs and identify opportunities for improvement
-Design and prototype intuitive user experiences
-Create mockups, wireframes, and other design artifacts
-Collaborate with the development team to ensure designs are feasible and functional
-Prioritize design tasks and manage backlogs
-Champion the user experience across all departments
-Contribute to the MNTN design system and maintain design consistency
Qualifications
-5+ years of experience designing SaaS platforms and consumer apps
-Strong portfolio showcasing a passion for user-centered design
- Experience with the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
-Proven ability to create user stories and prioritize design work
-Experience building and maintaining design systems
-Proficiency in Figma and design system tools
-Experience with Jira and project management best practices
