Hybrid 1:
Associates are expected to be in-office 1–2 days per week, fostering collaboration while supporting work‑life balance with flexible remote work. Eligibility for alternate locations is based on proximity to a company office and residential commute distance.

• Consult with business owners to clarify content needs and produce final‑draft documents.
• Write, edit, and review content for both traditionally printed material (business development, form letters, direct mail) and digital material (website copy, email communications).
• Ensure all materials meet internal regulatory and legal standards, corporate guidelines, and approval processes.
• Identify improvements and efficiencies that support operational excellence and business initiatives such as plain language, standardization, and going paperless.

• Minimum: BA/BS degree and at least 3 years of related experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience).

• Proficiency in writing, strong attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Experience in healthcare or managed care; experience writing B2B healthcare communications preferred.
• Familiarity with style guidelines, brand tone, and voice.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with SharePoint, Grammarly, and Spark or ChatGPT (preferred).
• Highly organized and capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines.

Salary range: $69,432 – $108,882 (based on geography, work experience, education, and skill level). Locations:

Illinois.
