About the Job
Responsible for high volume product image editing (80-100+ images a day) and asset management of post production files.
A day in the life, what you’ll be doing:
Percentage of Time:
- Performs high volume image editing (basic retouching, resizing, masking, color correction) – 90%
- Digital asset management of product images (pre/post production) on image servers – 10%
- Coordinate with site merchandising team and upload finished product files to image servers for
- QA on live images on
- Performs other related duties as assigned
- Degree is preferred, but not required
- Intermediate Adobe Photoshop skills
- Knowledge of web optimization and image hosting servers
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Office suite
- Digital asset management (up to 100k+ files annually combined with rest of the team)
- Photography background a plus
- Highly organized and detail oriented
- Schedule flexibility based on seasonal needs of the department (Holiday, Back to school, etc.)
Salary Range: $57,598-$65,702 (non-exempt)

- While performing the duties, the associate is regularly required to talk or hear, frequently required to sit; stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; as well as reach with hands and arms.
- Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
- Ability to work in open environment with fluctuating temperatures and standard lighting.
- Ability to work on computer and mobile phone for multiple hours; with frequent interruptions.
- Required to travel in elevator or stairwells to attend meetings and engage with associates on multiple floors throughout building.
- Hotel, airplane, and car travel may be required.
This is a full-time position. As a national retailer, occasional evening and/or weekend work may be required during periods of high volume. This role operates in a professional office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment.
