Our multidisciplinary team of architects, designers, and project managers collaborates closely with clients and partners to transform ideas into impactful spaces that balance creativity, functionality, and sustainability.

You'll have the opportunity to engage in all phases of project development, including client interaction and production of technical drawings and renderings.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Architecture
• Revit
• Commercial experience - bonus points for restaurants
• Technical skills including creating architectural design, details, and documents is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Create, coordinate, revise, and maintain project design, production, and documentation at all project phases (Pre-Design through Construction Administration and Certification).
• Responsible for production of Construction Documents.
• Produce and comprehend architectural redlines and efficiently produce documents and revisions.
• Oversee quality control and ensure compliance within project scope and budget.
• Coordinate design with consultants and architectural team.
• Delegate and oversee work of Design Professional I and/or II on team.
• Ability to work collaboratively and clearly with architectural team, consultants, and clients.
• Handle multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
