Senior Architectural Drafter - hybrid remote - multifamily

• $60k - $80k + 10% annual bonus

• 2-3 days onsite in Somerville office (after first 90 days)
• Full-Time/Permanent

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture
• Multifamily, mixed-use or hospitality experience is required
• Revit
• Understanding of building systems, including experience coordinating structural and MEP drawings.
• Understanding of local building codes, including accessibility and energy codes

Responsibilities:

• Develop design concepts and detailed drawings for architectural projects.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project stakeholders to ensure design intent is met.
• Prepare and modify architectural plans, elevations, sections, and 3D models.
• Conduct site analysis and research to inform design decisions.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning regulations, and industry standards.
• Assist in preparing presentations and documentation for client meetings.
• Coordinate with contractors and consultants during project development.
• Review and incorporate feedback from clients and project teams.
• Stay current with design trends, materials, and sustainable practices.
• Support the development of construction documents and specifications.
