Architectural Designer

Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and creative Architectural Designer to join our team in Washington. In this role you will be responsible for designing and creating architectural plans and drawings for various projects.

• Work closely with clients to understand their needs and vision for the project
• Create detailed architectural plans and drawings using computer-aided design software
• Ensure all designs comply with building codes and regulations
• Collaborate with engineers, contractors and other professionals to ensure the successful completion of projects
• Conduct site visits to gather information and make necessary revisions to designs
• Keep up-to-date on industry trends, materials and techniques
• Meet project deadlines while maintaining high-quality work

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Architectural Designer
• Proficiency in computer-aided design software such as AutoCAD or Sketch Up
• Strong understanding of building codes, regulations and standards
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members
• Attention to detail with a strong eye for design aesthetics

Salary for this position will be $900 per month.

This position includes accommodations for those who require it.

This position is located in Washington but remote work may be possible depending on the project.
