- Anticipate ~$80K base + ~10% bonus

- Ensuring high standards of visual and functional quality aligned with brand vision
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, or a related field
- 5+ years in product or visual design
- Demonstrated expertise in design thinking and user research
- Familiarity with materials, production processes, and sustainability considerations
- Strong portfolio of launched consumer products
