Production Designer

Description We are looking for a Production Designer to support retail and distribution projects for a machinery manufacturing organization in Duluth, Georgia. This Contract position focuses on creating and updating digital and print-ready visual assets, including online product images, packaging revisions, and sales support materials. The role offers a part-time schedule of three days per week with the flexibility to expand based on business demand, combining remote work with one on-site day each week.

Responsibilities:

- Create and refine production-ready design assets for retail and distribution channels, ensuring consistency across deliverables.

- Prepare and update online product imagery to support digital merchandising and brand presentation.

- Revise packaging artwork and related files to reflect current product information and visual standards.

- Maintain and refresh sales sheets and other collateral used by internal teams and external partners.

- Use Adobe Creative Cloud tools to develop accurate layouts, make revisions, and finalize artwork for release.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather project details, manage feedback, and deliver updates on schedule.

- Support print production needs by organizing files, checking specifications, and preparing assets for output. Requirements - Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop for production-focused design work.

- Hands-on experience with print production processes and preparation of press-ready files.

- Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud in a design-focused environment.

- Demonstrated production skills with careful attention to layout accuracy, version control, and detail.

- Ability to manage multiple updates at once while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced setting.

- Effective communication skills and the ability to work independently in a hybrid schedule. Innovation starts with people.®
