This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious architect to gain hands‑on experience, develop their technical design skills, and take increasing ownership of projects within a supportive and growth‑oriented environment.

Lead smaller assignments with growing independence
  • Conduct building inspections on‑site—including from scaffolding and lifts—documenting findings and supporting project analysis across façade restoration, preservation, rehabilitation, and alteration projects.
  • Actively participate in all phases of projects including investigation, estimating, design documentation, municipal filing, bidding, and construction administration.
  • Produce detailed architectural drawings in AutoCAD; efficiently create and revise project documents such as field reports, estimates, and meeting minutes.

  • Maintain a current understanding of New York City building codes and zoning regulations, and provide support in navigating public review processes and agency filings
  • Demonstrate the ability to work effectively both independently, managing tasks and deadlines autonomously, and collaboratively within a team, contributing positively to a fast‑paced project environment.
Field Work Expectation
