Harriman’s growing multi-disciplinary practice is seeking a Plumbing Designer to join our team in our Auburn, Maine office. With a holistic, ground-up approach to design, our Mechanical team works closely with architects and engineers throughout the firm as well as directly with prime engineering clients, on a diverse group of project types.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsibilities will include development of Revit BIM drawings under the direct supervision of a senior engineer/designer.

Design:
  • Support project engineer in design, presentation, documentation and production of projects.
  • Assist the project engineer in analyzing and developing building systems.
  • Aid in preparation of Concept, Schematic and Design Development drawings and materials.
  • Participate in design reviews and team meetings.
  • Research products in conjunction with specifications.
Software Proficiencies:
  • Experience in Revit is preferred, but not mandatory
What Will Set You Apart:
  • Completion in a drafting program and/or currently enrolled in a related associates’ program.
  • Able to work collaboratively in a team environment.
