Type: Hourly contract
Compensation: $19–$65/hour
Location: Remote
Commitment: 10–40 hours/week
Role Responsibilities- Execute full-cycle architectural design workflows using Rhino3D and Vectorworks.
- Develop and refine detailed 3D models while maintaining design integrity.
- Manage files, layers, and documentation for effective project coordination.
- Produce accurate plans, sections, elevations, and construction documents.
- Share design rationale and workflows to support AI training and team clarity.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex design and modeling challenges.
- Proven hands‑on expertise in Rhino3D and Vectorworks.
- Strong understanding of architectural technical workflows and documentation.
- Experience translating design concepts into construction‑ready drawings.
- Excellent file coordination and organizational skills.
- Clear written and verbal communication abilities.
- Comfortable collaborating remotely and explaining design decisions.
