Seeking a Packaging Production Designer with strong expertise in creating layered packaging files to support the execution of packaging designs across a variety of materials and formats. This role partners closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver accurate, production‑ready artwork and ensure packaging quality from concept through final production.
Key Responsibilities- Create, update, and prepare production‑ready packaging files using layered artwork
- Work from established style guides to build and maintain packaging templates
- Execute layouts for various packaging formats using linked imagery and vector graphics
- Ensure accuracy of files including sizing, typography, and color specifications
- Support preflight and quality checks to confirm files meet production standards
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver projects on time and within guidelines
- Maintain organized file structures, templates, and asset libraries
- Review artwork for accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand standards
- Manage multiple projects and priorities in a deadline‑driven environment
- 1–3+ years of packaging design experience
- Experience with packaging materials such as corrugate, paper, fabric, and plastics preferred
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign)
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ability to calculate sizing and color percentages for packaging production
- Strong organization, multitasking, and prioritization skills
- Knowledge of print production, mechanicals, typography, and mockup creation
- Detail‑oriented with a strong design eye and ability to work within established style guidelines
- Comfortable contributing ideas and collaborating in a team environment

Typical workday: 8 hours, starting around 8:30–9:00 AM
