We are looking for a self‑directed Service Now Technical Architect (ITSM) who will serve as a senior‑level technical advisor, ensuring architectural consistency, quality, and adherence to platform best practices across engagements. This will be a 12‑month fully remote contract.
Responsibilities- Serve as a senior technical advisor and architect‑in‑residence.
- Review and mentor on design, provide technical governance, design review, enablement, and platform strategy.
- Engage primarily as a reviewer or mentor, and participate in delivery only when requested by an SA or for escalation/architectural oversight.
- Deep hands‑on experience with the Service Now Platform and ITSM module.
- Experience with architectural governance, design review, and platform strategy deployment.
Contract – 12 month fully remote
