* Support design presentations, material selection, and the incorporation of sustainable design strategies into project solutions.
* Implement construction phase services in partnership with the project manager, ensuring QA reviews are completed and feedback is fully integrated into project documents.
* Sign and seal drawings as a licensed architect while promoting a culture of technical excellence across the project team.
Essential Skills
* Professional degree in architecture or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
* Master's degree in architecture preferred.
* 7 plus years of design experience required, with 10 years of overall experience in design, design development, construction documentation, and construction administration strongly preferred.
* Proven commercial aviation experience, including terminal and concourse design, is required.
* Architectural registration preferred, with the ability to sign and seal drawings as a licensed architect.
* Proficiency in Revit and Revit Architecture, including managing BIM workflows for complex projects.
* Strong experience in construction documents and construction drawings for large-scale projects.
* Demonstrated experience in project management, including coordination of multidisciplinary teams and consultants.
* Experience in construction administration, including submittals, RFIs, site visits, and field coordination.
* Ability to oversee QA/QC processes and ensure compliance with applicable codes and standards.
* Strong communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to build relationships and manage expectations.
