We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Senior Job Captain based in Boston, who exudes positivity and approaches work with a collaborative style.

• Professional degree in architecture
• Architectural licensure or licensure in progress preferred
• Proficiency with Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office
• Minimum 5 years of recent design office experience

• Ability to graphically communicate ideas quickly and effectively, with strong technical building construction and millwork detailing capabilities, and consultant coordination
• Participate in the full design process from conceptual design through construction administration as a member of the project team
• Conduct construction administration tasks, evaluate bids, conduct site visits, address technical issues, and maintain quality control during construction
• Experience with technical projects
• Strong organizational skills
• Prepare design development and construction document packages with project teams, consultants, contractors, and vendors

Travel is required.

Employees are expected to work out of our office during the week, with 1–2 remote work days consistent with our Flexible work policy.

• Base salary between $72,000–$86,000 contingent on experience, plus variable bonus and benefits
