This is a full‑time hybrid role for a Designer and Project Manager based in the New York City Metropolitan Area, with flexibility for some remote work. The Designer and Project Manager will be responsible for creating construction drawings, space planning, and contributing to architectural design. Additionally, the individual will oversee project management tasks, including tracking submittals, liaising with clients and consultants, and ensuring timely, budget‑conscious project execution.
The role requires a balance of creative and organizational skills to create cohesive and functional hospitality design solutions.
- Proficiency in creating Construction Drawings and developing detailed Space Planning layouts
- Understanding of Architecture fundamentals and the ability to apply architectural design principles
- Strong Project Management skills, including managing timelines, budgets, submittals, and client communications
- Exceptional organizational abilities, attention to detail, and problem‑solving skills
- Experience in hospitality design or related industries is preferred
- Proficiency with design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools) is advantageous
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Project Management, or related fields
- Ability to effectively work in a hybrid work environment and manage both onsite and remote responsibilities
