Senior Designer

You’ll lead design projects from conception through delivery, creating logotypes, comprehensive design systems, and brand guidelines that balance creative ambition with client needs and project realities. This means directing visual strategy through image curation and art direction, integrating motion into brand systems via storyboarding and animation, and communicating directly with clients throughout the design process.

The work spans cultural institutions and commercial brands at significant scale – projects where your decisions shape how audiences experience and understand brands across multiple touchpoints. You’ll work within a multidisciplinary environment where branding sits alongside environments and strategy teams, with project management support and a leadership structure that values both intellectual rigour and practical delivery.

A Senior-level designer with 5 – 7 years of professional experience, ideally within an agency or studio, working across branding projects.
