Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid position based in the San Francisco Bay Area, with the flexibility for some remote work. The Senior Interior Designer will lead design projects from concept to completion, including developing design concepts, space planning, and creating detailed construction drawings. The role involves collaborating with clients, vendors, and team members on furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) selections, overseeing the installation process, and ensuring projects adhere to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

The Senior Interior Designer will play a pivotal role in shaping high-quality, functional, and aesthetically pleasing designs for residential and commercial spaces.

Qualifications
  • Expertise in Space Planning and Interior Design to create functional, creative spaces.
  • Knowledge of Architecture principles and Construction Drawings to translate design concepts into feasible plans.
  • Experience with FF&E selection, procurement, and implementation to deliver comprehensive design solutions.
  • Strong project management, communication, and client relationship skills.
  • Proficiency in relevant design software such as Chief Architect, AutoCAD, Sketch Up,
  • Ability to work effectively in both in-office and remote settings as part of a hybrid work model.
  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field preferred.
  • Prior experience in leading large-scale residential or commercial projects is a plus.
