Senior Architect – Residential, Commercial & Healthcare in Lagrangeville, NY
We are a well-established architectural firm based in Lagrangeville, New York, seeking an experienced and talented Senior Architect to join our team. This in-house position is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional who is passionate about design, project leadership, and delivering exceptional architectural solutions.
Responsibilities- Lead architectural projects from concept through construction administration
- Develop and oversee design documentation, construction drawings, and specifications
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and regulatory agencies
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and deliverables
- Mentor and support junior architectural staff
- Ensure compliance with applicable building codes and regulations
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum 10 years of professional architectural experience
- Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD required
- Strong knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and project management
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- New York State architectural license preferred
