As a Senior Architect with a focus on proposal planning and feasibility studies, you will take on a central role in the early project phase at GROPYUS:
You will develop architecturally and urbanistically demanding and economically viable concepts, present them convincingly to customers and contribute significantly to the acquisition of new projects. With your experience in design and your confident communication, you will represent our architectural quality externally and support the team technically and strategically.

Aufgaben und

Verantwortlichkeiten:

• Support in the proposal phase through the leadership and development of feasibility studies and design concepts in performance phases 1–2, taking into account technical, economic, and design aspects
• Analysis of construction bases, zoning plans, and approval requirements to derive optimal project solutions.
• Ensuring compliance with legal requirements, standards, and GROPYUS standards.
• Close cooperation with the Sales & Development Team to present designs to customers, partners, and internal stakeholders
• Advisory role for the acquisition and business development teams in architectural issues
• Promotion of a forward-looking way of working in the team and active interest in digital innovations – in particular, the further development of BIM processes in early performance phases and the use of integrated planning tools to make our design processes more efficient and scalable
• Graphic and content preparation of presentations with Revit and the Adobe Suite
• Coordination with interdisciplinary teams and support in the alignment of project goals and schedules
• Mentoring younger colleagues in design and presentation topics

• Completed architecture degree
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in design and the creation of feasibility studies in the field of housing construction / serial construction / timber construction
• Registration in the Architects Chamber
• Secure handling of Revit, including the further development of templates, families, and process-optimizing standards; (additional secure handling in AutoCAD is advantageous)
• Very good presentation and communication skills in German (negotiation-proof) and English (fluent)
• High design competence and a confident sense for architectural quality and functional living concepts
• Experience in professional dealing with clients and external partners
• Solid knowledge in public building law (Germany; knowledge in Austria is advantageous)
• Independent, structured, and responsible working style as well as enjoyment of teamwork and digital innovation
