Job Title:
Interior Designer
We are seeking a talented Interior Designer to provide a blend of project management, space planning, and design for commercial projects. The role involves assisting with creating renderings and construction document sets, understanding local codes, finish selections, BOMA calculations, permitting, and managing construction administration tasks. You will interface with customers, providing design leadership and ensuring project success.
Responsibilities- Manage and execute space planning and design for commercial projects.
- Assist in creating detailed renderings and construction document sets.
- Understand and apply local codes and regulations, finish selections, and BOMA calculations.
- Oversee permitting processes and construction administration tasks.
- Lead design discussions and interface with customers to provide exceptional design leadership.
- Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
- Experience in interior design and rendering.
- Ability to provide design and production support for mission‑critical, commercial, and secured projects.
- Expertise in construction documentation, space planning, and Sketch Up.
Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 4‑year college degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
- LEED Certification is a plus.
- Experience with commercial and/or corporate interiors.
- Strong space planning experience.

Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of Baltimore, MD.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $31.25 - $45.67/hr.
