UX Designer 4 (Remote)
This is a Remote position.
Purpose of the Team:
The purpose of this team is partners and customers on envisioning integration on 365, teams, word, copilot, etc.
Key projects:
This role will contribute to design work on teams, 365, etc.
Typical task breakdown and operating rhythm:
The role will consist of 90% design work, UX end to end workflows. 10% Planning meetings and engagement with PMs.

Years of Experience
Required:
0-4 overall years of experience in the field.
Degrees or certifications required:
Figma experience and background in UX experience.

The ideal resume would contain portfolio.

Performance will be assessed based on meeting deadlines and quality of work.

Hard Skills Assessment Process:
The assessment process will include 1 assessment with sponsor.
Required Candidate Preparation:
Candidates should have a portfolio prepared prior to the assessment. Please make sure portfolios are attached to resume when submitting.
Provide design support for Microsoft customers and partners designing and building apps and services for the M365 Ecosystem including Teams, Copilot, Word/Excel/Powerpoint and Outlook. Designer must be highly skilled in producing UX mockups, wireframes, user journeys/workflows, prototypes and other related design deliverables. Designer must also have excellent communication skills as they will be working directly with high-value Microsoft partners/customers.
