BIM​/VDC Operator REVIT plus

This is a remote opportunity for someone who has 2 plus years of experience working with Revit.

The BIM Coordinator is responsible for all aspects of BIM projects.

• Take a project from start to finish.
• Design the system, model, and coordinate the model.
• Oversee and track installation progress in accordance with the model.
• Complete a full as‑built deliverable.
• Meet with clients (existing and potential), contractors, and other project staff.
• Perform other responsibilities as assigned.

• High School diploma or GED equivalency;
  Associate's Degree preferred.
• At least 2 years of professional experience as a BIM coordinator, detailer, or modeler.
• At least one year of experience demonstrating the use of computer‑aided design software.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and Revit is required.
• Experience with Visio and Navisworks is a plus.
• Ability to interpret blueprints and other project documents, including specifications, reporting, and quality requirements.
• Demonstrated problem‑solving and critical‑thinking skills.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Capacity to work at heights, off a ladder, and in confined spaces.
• Must meet company minimum driving standards.
• Salary range: $25.00 per hour to $27.00 per hour.

The BIM Coordinator must be self‑motivated, positive, professional, and help create, develop and implement project process improvements. The Coordinator must promote the company culture and mission to employees, vendors, clients and partners, act as the liaison with customer representatives, possess proven problem‑solving skills, read, write and give oral presentations effectively, and handle work at heights and in confined spaces.
