Digital Designer (Remote/USA) - GDM
We're seeking a sharp, creative Digital Designer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and thrives when bringing ideas to life across digital platforms. In this role, you'll create eye-catching ads, graphics, and emails for a wide range of clients — from local businesses to national brands. While the role is rooted in production, there's plenty of room to elevate everyday deliverables with smart, thoughtful design and contribute to a high-performing, collaborative design team.
This is a remote position.
Duties/Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Translate client needs from the intake form into polished, effective digital assets
- Design static and animated HTML5 ads, graphics, and responsive email creatives for a diverse range of clients and industries
- Prioritize and manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment
- Maintain high standards for visual quality, accuracy, and brand consistency
- Participate in team design reviews and contribute to evolving best practices
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong layout, typography, and digital ad design skills
- Highly organized with the ability to juggle competing deadlines
- Self-motivated with a strong team-oriented mindset
- Clear, concise, and effective communicator
- Experience with Google Web Designer
- Experience with HTML
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with HTML5 is a plus, but not required
