Lumos is building an Autonomous Identity Platform that helps companies manage access efficiently. As a Senior Product Designer you will shape the User Access Reviews (UAR) experience, focusing on Agentic UAR powered by AI. You will own end‑to‑end product areas, deliver user value quickly, and collaborate with product managers and engineers.

• 4+ years of product design experience, ideally in B2B or complex problem spaces.
• Strong design portfolio showcasing thoughtful solutions.
• Collaborative team player with excellent communication skills.
• T‑shaped designer with breadth and depth in product design.
• Strategic product mindset that aligns design with business goals.
• Positive go‑getter attitude, curious and eager to learn.

$123,500 – $166,500 (range may vary based on skill and experience)
