We are seeking a talented Data Center Architect with a strong focus on data center design and management providing strategic technical guidance. This role is ideal for a professional ready to leverage their expertise in creating detailed architectural plans and ensuring seamless project execution.

• Architectural Design:
  Lead the design of data center projects, creating detailed architectural plans that meet client specifications and industry standards.
• Provide technical expertise and recommendations on data center infrastructure, encompassing power systems, cooling solutions, network architecture, and security practices.
• Documentation:
  Oversee the comprehensive project documentation process, from drawings and specifications to contracts, and manage construction administration to uphold quality and alignment with design intent.
• Cross-Disciplinary Coordination:
  Collaborate with engineering, construction, and IT teams to integrate architectural designs with mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems.
• Project Management:
  Support project managers in overseeing the design phase, ensuring all documentation is accurate, complete, and delivered on time.
• Quality Assurance:
  Conduct thorough reviews of design documents to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.
• Stakeholder Communication:
  Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and address any design-related issues.

• Architectural Expertise:
  Strong background in architectural design, with experience in the AEC industry and a deep understanding of data center requirements.
• Technical Proficiency:
  Proficient in using design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM tools.

  Ability to work closely with engineering and construction teams.

  Exceptional attention to detail in creating and reviewing design documents.

• Education:
  
  A Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field is required.
• Industry
  
  Experience:
  
  A minimum of 7-10 years of experience in architectural design, with at least 3-5 years specifically focused on data center projects.
• Professional Licensure:
  Licensure as a Registered Architect (RA) or Professional Engineer (PE) is preferred.
• Project
  
  Experience:
  
  Proven track record of successfully managing complicated, mission-critical data center projects.
