Utopia Design is seeking a technically strong architect to join our design team focused on boutique hospitality assets. You will translate design intent into buildable documentation and coordinate across design stages from RIBA 3 through construction, ensuring quality, constructability, and coordination.
This role centers on late design phases with ~75% RIBA 3–5 engagement and 25% early-stage input. Proficiency in Revit and Navisworks is required;
Rhino, AutoCAD, and Enscape are a plus.
